Hi Reader Are you looking for clients for your VA business? If you are honest, what are you doing to attract those clients? Are you attending networking meetings but talking to the same people, week in and week out? Are you managing to book in 1:2:1's? Are you scrolling on social media pretending to market the business when really you are just scrolling and watching random memes? Have you put a social media post out telling people what availability you have or what type of clients you are looking for? I have had 3 conversations this week where the VA has said to me they are thinking about looking for an employed role because they cannot find clients for their business. But when we analysed their social media / networking pitches they were put outing out educational / inspirational content but never selling or telling someone that they could help with x, y, z. So the reality is, they were putting out content that attracted and nurtured their audience but didn't convert! All 3 Virtual Assistants, put a social media post out - telling people they had availability and that they could solve x, y, z problems and all 3 sold a minimum of 10 hours per month going forwards. With conversations booked in the diary to chat with others. As part of my VA Momentum Hour, I work with my Dream 100 list to attract, connect, nurture and convert. Tell me what are you doing to attract, connect, nurture and convert those enquiries into clients. Have a great weekend Amanda ps. Hello Reader Last night I was at the Strategic PA Network Awards, held at The Grove Hotel. Marianne and Sarah have created and curated a fantastic event celebrating the success of the professional assistant and suppliers that work with those amazing assistants. What I love about the Strategic PA Network Awards is they have embraced the Virtual Assistant industry into their community. I was lucky enough to be: a judge and sponsor of the Associate VA of the Year category a strategic partner and...
